Jelle de Vries is an experienced litigation attorney, with a special focus on real estate, construction law and project development. He is admitted to practice in both the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean.
Lorena Navia Rodriguez
Lorena Navia Rodriguez joined VANEPS in January 2016 on Bonaire. In October 2023 she was promoted to senior associate. She has a broad litigation and advisory practice with a strong emphasize on real estate. In her practice she advises both local and international companies, contractors and government organizations.
Niels Blokland
Niels Blokland started as an associate at VANEPS in 2021. He works at the Commercial & Litigation section of our firm.

Lotte Kurvers
Lotte Kurvers is an associate at VanEps in Curaçao. After graduating cum laude (with honors) with a master’s degree in Private Law, she gained valuable experience at the court in the Netherlands before returning to the Dutch Caribbean to rejoin VanEps, where she previously interned.
Sainy Mogen
Sainy Mogen started as a junior associate at VANEPS in 2022. She works at the Corporate Litigation & Insolventie section of our firm in Curacao.
