Real Estate & Construction

Our Real Estate and Project Development team combines expertise in three essential areas of law that make projects successful: contract law, administrative law and public procurement.

We support clients in a wide range of real estate and infrastructure projects, including the development of power plants, water desalination facilities, onshore and offshore petrochemical installations, hospitals, port developments, commercial real estate, water management initiatives, area development and sustainable wind and solar energy projects.

Our lawyers have deep experience navigating the legal systems and administrative procedures that govern such projects, particularly in multi-jurisdictional environments. We understand how to move through complex regulatory landscapes and how to align stakeholder interests to ensure results.

Whether advising on permits, managing risk, or coordinating between public and private parties, we act as strategic legal advisors and project lawyers. We focus on helping our clients unlock commercial opportunities and ensure that their projects are not only feasible, but realized.
