Our Amsterdam office is located in the heart of the Zuidas, the Netherlands’ leading business district. From here, we assist clients with Dutch corporate and commercial dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, often in cross-border contexts.
The Amsterdam team consists of seasoned litigators with broad experience in complex commercial disputes. Led by Roderik van Hees, Roeland de Mol and Marjolein van Rest, the team provides strategic, business-minded legal support tailored to the Dutch market — while collaborating closely with colleagues across VANEPS when international coordination is required.
With deep roots in litigation and a strong understanding of the Dutch legal landscape, our Amsterdam office serves a wide range of clients, including corporates, financial institutions, executives, and investors active in the Netherlands.

Daniël Post
Daniël joined VANEPS in January 2025. After several internships, he decided to start his career within the litigation practice in the Amsterdam office.
Morten Sagis
Morten Sagis joined VANEPS in 2022. After working at our Curaçao office for three years, he transferred to our Amsterdam office in 2025. He specializes in corporate and commercial dispute resolution.
