Sebastiaan van Dam
Sebastiaan van Dam, attorney at law, is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in our Amsterdam office. He focuses on corporate and commercial dispute resolution, including ESG litigation.
- Representing a majority shareholder in the infrastructure sector in high-value, cross-border arbitration proceedings involving multimillion-dollar claims;
- Acting for a trust and its affiliated companies in the oil and gas sector in a high-profile fraud case involving complex cross-border elements;
- Currently acting for a shareholder in an inland ship design, building and brokerage company in a combined shareholders’ and directors’ dispute;
- Currently representing a 50% shareholder in a company active in the do-it-yourself (DIY) industry before the Enterprise Chamber, in proceedings concerning potential mismanagement as well as a parallel multimillion-dollar buyout claim;
- Acting for a shareholder in a tech startup in a high-value shareholders’ dispute; and
- Acting for a former shareholder of a machinery and equipment dealer in high-value, cross-border arbitration proceedings involving multimillion-dollar claims.
