Curaçao
Our firm was founded in 1937 in Curaçao. Over the course of more than eighty-five years, we have grown into the full-service (commercial law) firm we are today. Curaçao’s economy relies primarily on tourism, a relatively large energy sector due to the island’s oil refinery, and a significant financial sector with its own stock exchange. VANEPS is an expert in these areas. For example, we advise several global hotel chains, banks, and other financial institutions. We are also part of the working group that advises the government on the future of the refinery.
