VANEPS assists Maduro & Curiel’s Bank N.V. in the financing for the transformation of the Hilton Hotel and Floris Suites to Dreams Resort

On 14 June 2019 the closing of the financing in relation to the transformation of the Hilton Hotel and Floris Suites into a Dreams Resort took place.

Maduro & Curiel’s Bank N.V. entered into an agreement with CCR Holding N.V. and FL Holding N.V. in relation to a financing that was needed for the renovation in order to transform the hotels into a Dreams Resort, with AM Resorts as manager.

VANEPS assisted Maduro & Curiel’s Bank N.V. in this transaction and was responsible for drafting all transaction documentation. The team involved in this transaction consisted of Focco Lunsingh Scheurleer, Inge van Hees-Wolswijk, Ruthnialys Mogen and Vincent Abbing.
