VANEPS advised Atlantic Aviation on its acquisition of the Logical Choice Aviation Corporation at Princess Juliana International Airport
In November 2025, Atlantic Aviation completed its acquisition of fixed base operator (FBO) the Logical Choice Aviation Corporation (TLC) at Princess Juliana International Airport (PJIA) in Sint Maarten. This acquisition marks the official entry of Atlantic Aviation, which already has an extensive regional footprint, into the St. Maarten aviation market. TLC was formerly operating as the ExecuJet FBO.
The acquisition was announced by Atlantic Aviation CEO Jeff Foland during the opening ceremony of the airport’s new General Aviation Terminal in November 2025. The St. Maarten FBO provides high-end ground handling and private aviation services to international clients visiting the island. With this transaction, Atlantic Aviation – which owns and operates more than 100 FBO campuses across North America and the Caribbean – adds PJIA to its regional network, further strengthening its footprint in the Caribbean.
VANEPS is proud to have advised Atlantic Aviation in this transaction. The team of VANEPS included, amongst others, Tjarda Tazelaar and Jessottiz Baart (Corporate / M&A), Tom Peeters and Paul de Lange (Government & Public Sector), and Muriëlle Spithoven and Manon Vermeulen (Employment & Pensions).
