VANEPS has advised Curoil Bonaire on the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of the Bopec terminal. The SPA was signed on 2 June 2025 between Curoil and the court-appointed trustee of Bopec, marking an important milestone in the transaction process.
