VANEPS advised Yource on its acquisition of SureAim

In November 2022, Yource successfully completed its acquisition of Netherlands and Surinam based contact center operator SureAim. Yource, a partner company of investment firm Parcom, is the market leader in the Benelux in respect of customer contact services. Yource is active in 9 countries with more than 12,000 employees and realizes growth organically as well as through acquisitions.
