Lotte Kurvers

Lotte Kurvers is part of the litigation team at VanEps in Curaçao. After earning her master’s degree cum laude (with honors) in Private Law from Maastricht University, she gained valuable judicial experience working for the Dutch court. There, she focused on civil and commercial law, independently drafting judgments and gaining in-depth insight into court proceedings and judicial reasoning.

In addition to her legal work, Lotte is actively involved in community and environmental initiatives. She volunteers with Sea Turtle Conservation Curaçao and she teaches classes as a certified sports instructor.

During her studies, she contributed to Breincafé — an initiative supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries — and was selected for a national legal talent pool for promising young professionals.
