Bonaire

We are active in Bonaire since 2009, anticipating the constitutional changes which made Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius (together BES islands or Caribbean Netherlands) special municipalities of the Netherlands in 2010. Today, our team of lawyers offers expert advice on the complex legal landscape, with different levels of legislation and enforcement. As such, we are the largest law firm in Bonaire. We assist, for instance, the local and Kingdom government regarding civil servant law and in legislative processes, regional and international companies regarding project development and state-owned companies regarding corporate governance and procurement.
