In January 2020 Entiero na Quota N.V. acquired the insurance contracts of Sosiedat Di Entiero Santa Familia and its members.
Entiero na Quota N.V. and Sosiedat Di Entierro Santa Familia are both funeral expenses and benefits in kind insurers that are supervised by the Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten.
VANEPS assisted the parties in drafting the transaction documentation and obtaining the required approvals from the Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten. The team of VANEPS involved consisted of Inge van Hees-Wolswijk and Tiffany de Palm.
