VANEPS advises Culligan on its acquisition of AquaVenture

On the 30th of March 2020, Culligan International (a portfolio company of Advent International), a manufacturer and distributor of water filtration and treatment systems for residential, office, commercial and industrial applications, announced the $1.1 billion acquisition of AquaVenture Holdings Limited (NYSE: WAAS), a developer and provider of water purification, disinfection, and desalination solutions.

VANEPS acted as legal advisor for Culligan International and its lead counsel Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in this transaction. The core team comprised of Tjarda Tazelaar (partner M&A), Tom Peeters (partner real estate), and Michael Oldenburger (associate M&A).
