VANEPS assists BayBoston in aquisition of Caribbean Financial Group Holdings

On the third of December 2018 BayBoston Managers LLC (a Boston area-based investment firm) announced the acquisition of the Caribbean Financial Group Holdings (CFG) from Irving Place Capital. CFG is, together with its operating subsidiaries, a leading non-bank, community-focussed comsumer lender in Panama and the Caribbean, that was founded in 1979.
