Today the 6th publication of the “The Supervisory Board Toolkit ” was handed over to the Governor of Curacao. The publisher NR Governance focuses on all facets of “Good Governance”. This renewed publication contains a Caribbean adaptation, written by Frank Kunneman, partner at VANEPS.
The publication has been issued by NR Governance in the Netherlands since 2002 with great success. Various experts have contributed to it. In addition to Frank Kunneman, the Caribbean edition was also prepared by Hugo Reumkens, lecturer in corporate governance and administrative dynamics at Nyenrode Business University and partner at Van Doorne in Amsterdam.
The Supervisory Board Toolkit focuses on supervisory boards in the business community and in (privatized) public companies and foundations. It is a handbook with practical tools and tips about the role of supervisory directors in an organization. It also addresses current developments such as digitalization, sustainability and diversity.
