Floortje Sodenkamp

Floortje started her career with Ploum in Rotterdam, and she joined VANEPS’s Curaçao office in 2026.

In the past, Floortje advised on employment‑related matters, and she published in the Dutch journal ArbeidsRecht. Moreover, Floortje is an active member of the Antillean Lawyers Association (AJV) in the Dutch Caribbean.

Floortje studied at Leiden University, majoring in employment law, constitutional law and administrative law.
