The Court ruled against Xavier Prens, minister plenipotentiary of Curaçao in Washington, in the legal proceedings he instituted against the government of Curaçao. Via these legal proceedings, Prens tried to enforce the government to go through with his appoint as director of the Foreign Relations Department.
